New Citroen Ami available to order from May 6 – The next generation of the iconic minicar will be launched on the market from € 7,990
Five years after the introduction of the Citroen Ami, the next generation of the iconic mini vehicle is now coming onto the market.
Citroen had presented a first preview of the new Citroen Ami for 2025 at the 2024 Paris Motor Show. Now the new generation of the iconic minicar can be ordered.

New Citroen Ami 2025: Refreshed design
The iconic small dimensions of the Citroen Ami will also be retained for the next generation. The newly shown concept then only includes cautious changes to the vehicle.
For example, the front end was slightly modified so that the headlights give the impression that the car is literally smiling at the viewer. New fenders also allow a small homage to the 2CV with trim strips, which can then be individualized on the Ami.
New Citroen Ami 2025: buggy version available
New in the range (apart from the limited edition of the predecessor) is the buggy variant of the Citroen Ami. With metal brackets instead of doors and a roll-top that can be opened, the Ami Buggy is intended to awaken beach feelings and offers numerous options for individualizing the minicar. Even in bad weather, the Citroen Ami Buggy should remain usable. In addition, there are door panels with zippers that can be rolled up and stowed away when not in use.
The Ami Buggy can also be selected in numerous bright colors for individualization, so that the minicar stands out not only because of its dimensions.
New Citroen Ami 2025: Electric mobility from the age of 15
The new Citroen Ami has an electric range of 75 km (WMTC) and can be driven from the age of 15 with a driving licence class AM. At the household socket, the charging time is only 4 hours. In terms of price, the Citroen Ami is also supposed to be an absolute entry-level car.
The list price of the Citroen Ami starts at €7,990 and at the start of the order there will also be attractive leasing offers starting at €49/month. Citroën will accept pre-orders from May 6, 2025.
